My name is Tina Munch-Mose, and I have been a professional hairdresser for over 25 years. Trained in Denmark, I built my foundation working for an English salon owner in Copenhagen, where I trained intensively in Vidal Sassoon precision cutting techniques. This education taught me to see hair as architecture – to create cuts that naturally complement your features, suit your lifestyle, and bring out your unique beauty.
My philosophy is simple: your hair should work with you, not against you. I focus on shapes, textures, and natural movement, so your hairstyle feels effortless and beautiful – whether you are just out of the sea, heading to work, or getting ready for a night out. Of course, I also love creating styling for special occasions and sharing tips on how to care for your hair at home, but the foundation always lies in a cut that embraces your natural self.
I bring with me not only Scandinavian precision and a high level of craftsmanship in both cuts and color but also a genuine passion for creating personal expressions through hair. I take my time with each client, listening carefully to what you want, while also gently guiding you to try something new that can make your look feel fresh and joyful.
I believe my style of hairdressing – combining quality, care, and creativity – will fit beautifully on Ibiza, where self-expression and individuality thrive.

Lab48C - Aarhus (approx. 2010-2025)
In 2010, I opened my hair salon Lab48C in a courtyard in the heart of Aarhus. The space was a former mechanic’s workshop – raw, grey, with a touch of underground Berlin vibes. It became a hidden gem in the city.
The salon was simple and authentic – built not on big marketing budgets, but on craftsmanship, word-of-mouth, and personal connection. In the summer, the wide doors could be opened, letting the outdoors flow into the salon. The old building carried layers of history: H.C. Andersen once lived here, Jyllandsposten had offices in the courtyard, and in earlier days, horse-drawn carriages passed through with export goods.
The name Lab48C reflected the spirit of the place – a creative laboratory, a space for play, freedom, and experimentation. That energy defined the salon throughout the years. Beyond haircuts and color, we hosted small events, flea markets, creative gatherings, and training sessions for other hairdressers.
From 2010 to 2025, Lab48C was my professional home and a thriving business, where I spent most of my hours creating beautiful results for my clients – in a space filled with soul, history, and creative energy.
MacKinder Hair – Copenhagen (2006–2010)
One of the most defining chapters of my career was my time at MacKinder Hair in Copenhagen, where I worked from 1996 to 2000. The salon was owned by Tina and Stephen McKinder, both with extensive backgrounds at Vidal Sassoon. I underwent an intensive six-month training program focused on classical Sassoon cutting techniques.
This period taught me the importance of precision, building a correct foundation, and carefully observing each client’s hair type, facial structure, and personality to create the right style. The training was uncompromising – every detail was checked, and if it wasn’t perfect, you started over. It gave me a deep respect for craftsmanship, quality, and perfection.
Beyond salon work, I was also involved in training other hairdressers, running creative workshops and stage shows. The mix of classical salon precision and experimental creativity made my years at MacKinder unforgettable – and continues to shape my approach to hairdressing today.
Hair Construction – Copenhagen (approx. 1996-2006)
I spent 10 years at Hair Construction, a large, newly opened three-floor salon in Copenhagen. It was an invaluable experience in building a business from the ground up while placing the client experience at the center.
The salon was one of the first to introduce wellness elements such as scalp massages, intensive treatments, and a calm, holistic atmosphere. At the same time, there was a strong focus on educating clients in styling and home care, helping them get the most out of their hair every day.
This period gave me essential skills in combining business development, craftsmanship, and wellness – lessons that have shaped my career ever since.
