Hair cutting

Short Hair Is Not About Age, Body Type or Rules
You don’t have to look a certain way to wear short hair.
It has nothing to do with:
• Age
• Height
• Body shape
• Face shape stereotypes
Just like long hair, hair colour or clothing — it is about finding a personal style that fits you.
I truly believe every woman can suit short hair in some form. It’s about the right shape, the right balance and the right conversation before we cut.
Why Short Hair Is Transformational
When you remove length, something shifts.
With short hair, we can:
• Highlight your eyes
• Emphasise cheekbones
• Enhance your jawline
• Draw attention to your lips
• Create a lifting effect around the face
Clients often experience that they suddenly look slimmer, sharper or more defined — not because of makeup or colour, but because the lines of the haircut frame their features intentionally.
Short hair allows your face to be seen.
And sometimes, when you are entering a new phase of life, being seen differently matters.
If you are in transformation, changing your hair can support that shift. People often understand your change more easily when they can see it.
“Isn’t Short Hair More Maintenance?”
This is a common misconception.
Short hair is not necessarily more high maintenance — it is simply more precise. When the cut is done correctly, it should fall into place naturally and require minimal styling.
That precision is where my work begins.
Sassoon Technique – Precision at Its Finest
I work with Sassoon cutting techniques, a British precision-based approach built on deep analysis and structure.
Before cutting, I analyse:
• Natural growth patterns
• Hair density and texture
• Cowlicks and movement
• Head shape
• Face shape
• Posture and personal style
From there, I select the appropriate technique.
The result is a highly detailed and intentional haircut. You may not see the technique — but you will feel it. The shape sits beautifully. The hair moves correctly. The structure supports you without heavy styling.
It is technical craftsmanship combined with personal tailoring.
A Bold but Beautiful Decision
Cutting off long hair can feel overwhelming. Once it’s cut, you can’t put it back on.
But most women who take the step feel empowered afterwards.
Short hair often reflects:
• Strength
• Clarity
• Confidence
• Independence
It’s a statement — but a very personal one.
And I would love to see more women dare to try it at least once in their lives.

Men’s hairstyle only
Precision, Texture & Personal Expression
I have a deep love for men’s haircuts, especially for men who care about the details.
My speciality is not traditional clipper cuts with guards and fixed measurements. Instead, I work with scissor-based cutting techniques, creating shape through the hands, following the natural head form and hair movement. Even when the hair is short, there is always intention, softness and texture.
I often create cuts that are slightly scruffy, organic and refined at the same time – clean around the ears and neckline, but never overly sharp or mechanical. By cutting according to the head shape rather than a machine setting, the hair grows out more naturally and keeps its balance longer.
I dedicate a full hour to each men’s haircut.
This allows time for precision, consultation and detail work. My cuts may be priced higher than quick barber trims, but the difference lies in craftsmanship, flow and longevity.
For many men, hair is one of the few visible accessories. Unlike jewellery or colour cosmetics, the haircut becomes the defining element of personal style. That is why I focus carefully on:
• Hair texture and density
• Thickness and natural movement
• Face shape and bone structure
• Lifestyle and daily routine
The goal is always to create a look that feels effortless, grows out beautifully and does not require excessive styling. However, if you are open to spending a little time with a blow dryer or professional styling products, your haircut can evolve and offer even more versatility. I am always happy to guide you in choosing the right men’s hair products and home care.
If you are a man who likes to keep some length and does not necessarily cut your hair every three to four weeks, we are a great match. I am a creative hairdresser, and I love when there is enough hair to adjust, refine and evolve the shape each time you visit. This creates flow between us and allows your look to develop over time.
I also enjoy working with men’s hair colour. Whether you want something subtle and close to your natural tone for a more polished expression, or something more bold – including lightening, tonal changes or creative shades – colour can enhance the haircut and create a stronger identity.
This is for men who are ready for something more than a standard trim.
If you are open to refining your look, exploring texture and embracing your personal style, you will enjoy your time in my chair.
There is calm, there is time, there is attention to detail – and good coffee while I work.
